Moxa Heating Pad

Mugwort extract, iron powder, zircon, activated carbon, salt, water

-Cut along the dotted line and remove the heat pack from the external wrap.
-Peel off the release paper, and stick it on the cloth.*DO NOT open, puncture, or tear the pack.
-When the pack cools down or forms clumps while in use, softly massage the pad to reactivate the heat.
-DO NOT put it directly on the skin.

-Be cautious of burns or skin overheating as the heat pad can reach a temperature of over 140°F. When using in bed or under a blanket, you MUST wrap the pack with a cotton towel as it will heat up to more than the usual temperature.
-Immediately remove the pad if the heat becomes uncomfortable or too hot.
-For external use only.
-Do not eat or drink.
-Do not place directly on bare skin.
-Do not use while sleeping.
-Do not use longer than stated.
-Do not use in front of the fire, near a heater, with an electric blanket, or with other heating devices.
-Do not heat up the pack in a microwave.
–Do not use if you are unable to detect the sensation or pain.
-The elderly, children, handicapped, those with sensitive skin, or those who are unable to remove the pack by themselves should be carefully supervised when using this product. A guardian should be present at all times.
-People with sensitive skin, allergies, diabetes, frostbite, nerve damage, scars, bruising, paralysis, open wounds, swelling, arthritis, or circulatory problems should not use this product unless directed by a physician.
-Avoid direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place.
-Keep out of reach of children, infants, and pets.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.
