-Begin by taking the copper lid off of both boxes
Take a small piece of the moxa and slide it on the metal arm inside the copper boxes.
-Next, light the end of the moxa inside of the copper boxes. Do not set it aflame but allow enough heat so that the moxa smokes lightly.
-Close the copper boxes with the lid.
-Place both copper boxes in their respective pouches in the moxibustion belt.
-After everything has been secured, place the belt around the area of the body where you feel pain. The two Moxa boxes should be placed directly in that area.
-Allow the Heat and natural properties of the moxa relieve your pain.

-Direct moxibustion can cause burns, which can result in pus, scarring and skin discoloration.
-Do not directly put the moxa boxes on the skin without the velvet waistband.
-Please consult healthcare practitioner before using moxa if you’re pregnant, or you have other health issue.
-Do NOT use moxibustion if you are allergic for mugwort, sensitive for smoke, or have lung condition like asthma.
-Moxibustion should not be performed over the face or over other sensitive tissues.
-Moxibustion should not be done on children, or if done, only indirect moxa methods used with extreme caution.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.

Cancellation of orders

When you want to cancel an order, you can call or email us. We encourage you to call us directly to avoid any delay. If your order has been shipped out, it can no longer be cancelled.
